I don’t need money off my next purchase this was our second hat and both times because of the way they were packaged they arrive bent up and are so smashed the hat looks beat up, such a great hat that could be better. Just takes away from its look. If it were boxed to avoid the post service from pulverizing it in shipping it would be better. I would have payed a bit more to have a nice hat that does not have creases that won’t come out.
