Step 1: Choose Your Sport Template

Every sport has its own jersey structure, fit, and performance requirements. The first step is selecting the correct base template for your sport.
· Basketball jerseys are typically sleeveless with deeper armholes, allowing full range of motion for shooting and movement. 
· Football jerseys feature a wider shoulder structure with reinforced seams for durability and contact play. 
· Baseball jerseys can come in button-up or pullover styles, often designed for a more traditional team look. 
· Soccer jerseys are usually lightweight and slim-fit to support high-intensity running.

Step 2: Select Your Decoration Method (Sublimation, Embroidery)

Once the template is selected, the next step is choosing how your design will be applied.

Sublimation Printing (Recommended)

Sublimation is one of the most popular methods for custom sports jerseys. The ink is infused directly into the polyester fibers, which means:

· Designs will not crack or peel 
· The fabric remains breathable and lightweight 
· Ideal for full-color and gradient designs 
Because of its durability and flexibility, sublimation is widely used for team uniforms across all levels.

Embroidery (Optional)

To ensure the best print quality, we recommend uploading your team logo in a high-resolution format (300 DPI or vector files are preferred).

Most leagues also have regulations for number sizing, such as:
· At least 4 inches on the back
